Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
  • Experience recruiting across GTM and EPD, with the ability to context-switch and calibrate across very different talent profiles
  • Comfortable partnering with and influencing senior leadership on hiring strategy, not just executing against it
  • Proven track record of engaging and closing hard-to-reach candidates in competitive markets, often against offers from larger, more established companies
  • Has built or meaningfully improved recruiting processes, workflows, or interview structures from the ground up
  • Ready to take a genuine first step into talent leadership, contributing to team rhythm, mentorship, and how the function operates
  • Hybrid, ability to work with our team from our Palo Alto office minimum 2x a week (M/Th)

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across GTM and EPD, partnering directly with leaders, delivering consistent, high-quality hires that raise the talent bar.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on calibration, candidate quality, and closing, ensuring every hire is assessed on long-term potential and fit, not just credentials.
  • Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent across industry and academia, building relationships before roles open so we're never starting from zero.
  • Build and refine recruiting processes, workflows, and interview structures that make Fiddler's hiring scalable, repeatable, and a model for what great talent acquisition looks like at a high-growth AI company.
  • Bring sharp, consistent people judgment to every evaluation, assessing candidates on who they're becoming, not just where they've been.
  • Create and manage targeted outreach campaigns and bias-free evaluation frameworks that improve both the quality and diversity of our candidate pipeline.
  • Manage 8–12 open roles simultaneously with the organization and discipline to keep every search moving without sacrificing candidate experience.
  • Enhance Fiddler's employer brand with candidates so that every interaction, regardless of outcome, leaves people wanting to work here.
