Lead the full end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and recommending qualified candidates for employment across senior management and below positions, based on job‑related qualifications and business requirements. Serve as a strategic talent partner to product leadership by identifying, attracting, and hiring top product talent across Product Management, Product Design, Product Operations, and related disciplines, while providing market intelligence and talent insights to inform workforce planning and hiring decisions. Partner with HR, People Operations, and Compensation teams to support OFCCP compliant offer developments and hiring decisions. Develop and maintain diverse and qualified candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms. Execute recruitment and selection processes in alignment with Western Union’s commitment to equal employment opportunity and inclusive hiring practices. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities, and ensure a consistent and compliant hiring process. Meet or exceed established service‑level agreements, candidate experience benchmarks, and operational performance goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing insights on market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment strategies. Demonstrate an understanding of company strategy and articulate how individual roles support organizational objectives. Leverage recruiting technologies, data, and effective time‑management practices to drive efficiency, accuracy, and quality throughout the hiring process.
