This is a remote W2 contract opportunity supporting R&D and Engineering recruitment for one of our long-standing manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate has experience working remotely in a fast paced, end to end recruitment environment and brings a strong background recruiting across a variety of R&D and engineering roles, ideally within the energy, power and telecommunications manufacturing industry. Grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work by asking questions and learning Accountabilities: Results & Strategy • Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies, skills and knowledge required for success to more effectively market, screen and present candidates to opportunities. • Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns. • Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities. People Leadership • Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies. Client & Candidate • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment. • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing exceptional hiring experience. Thought Leadership • Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.

Requirements

  • Industry: 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
  • Previous successful experience working in a fast paced remote role.
  • Prior experience recruiting for Research & Development and engineering roles ideally within the energy, power and telecommunications manufacturing industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • ATS: Must have experience with Workday
  • Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management
