About The Position

As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be a full-cycle owner responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle for our Sales and Go-To-Market organizations. This is a high-impact role that requires the speed of a Sales Recruiter and the strategic mindset of a Business Partner. You will attract top-tier talent for roles ranging from SDRs and Account Executives to Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
  • Dual Expertise: A proven track record of successfully hiring for high-volume sales roles and complex GTM/Corporate functions.
  • Expert Sourcing: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proactive "headhunter" mindset for passive talent.
  • Consultative Approach: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to tell a story, identify hiring trends, and solve recruiting challenges.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate the ambiguity of a scaling startup.
  • Remote Fluency: Self-motivated and highly effective working independently in a remote environment.

  • Expertise with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Familiarity with BrightHire or other interview intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to work in all US time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process for a portfolio of diverse roles (Sales, Marketing, CS&O, and Leadership), from strategic sourcing and interviewing to complex offer negotiations and closing.
  • Lead Hiring Partner Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor to Revenue leadership. Facilitate weekly hiring meetings, provide expert guidance on market trends, and lead talent assessment recalibrations.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative sourcing channels, ensuring we always have a "warm" bench for high-attrition or high-growth areas.
  • Champion Candidate Experience: Embody Human Interest’s values, ensuring every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has an exceptional and transparent experience.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Use Greenhouse and interview intelligence tools (like BrightHire) to track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven improvements in our hiring velocity.
  • Contribute to Strategic Projects: Lead or participate in TA initiatives such as employer branding, DEI sourcing strategies, and process optimization to "raise the bar" for talent across the org.
