We’re looking for an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our Palo Alto headquarters in a hybrid capacity (in-office 3 days per week) and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for our Sales and Marketing organizations. In this highly visible role, you will directly influence Uniphore’s growth by hiring the talent that drives revenue, pipeline, and market expansion. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process—from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close—while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to understand strategic hiring priorities and deliver against aggressive growth plans. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, operates with urgency, and brings structure and insight to ambiguity. You’ll contribute beyond your core remit by supporting overflow requisitions, adapting quickly as priorities shift, and using data to continuously improve how we attract and hire top GTM talent.
