About The Position

Treeswift is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and drive our technical hiring as we scale. You'll work closely with our Lead Tech Recruiter, owning full-cycle Engineering searches end-to-end while also flexing into Business roles as hiring needs evolve. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers across the company, helping them think clearly about what they need and moving quickly to get there. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership. You'll help shape how Treeswift recruits - building out processes, improving candidate experience, and setting the bar for how we evaluate and attract talent as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent on technical/engineering roles
  • In-house experience at a high-growth startup or tech company preferred; agency background welcome if paired with in-house experience
  • Owned Engineering searches end-to-end and can hold your own in conversations with engineering leaders about what "good" looks like for a given role
  • Strong sourcer who doesn't wait for inbound. You build pipelines intentionally and know how to reach candidates who aren't actively looking
  • Organized and operationally sharp - ATS hygiene, pipeline visibility, and stakeholder communication come naturally to you, not as afterthoughts
  • Can flex between technical and business hiring without losing momentum on either and partner strongly with the People & Business Ops Team
  • Worked in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and you've thrived in that ambiguity rather than been slowed down by it
  • Strong instincts about people and the judgment to match candidates to roles, not just check boxes

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Lead Tech Recruiter and lead broader recruiting efforts across active searches while helping drive a smooth, organized, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering searches - from role scoping and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close
  • Flex into Business function searches as priorities shift
  • Build proactive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals and other creative sourcing channels - this is not just a reactive inbound role
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and move searches forward with speed and clarity
  • Drive an excellent candidate experience from first touch through offer - keeping candidates engaged, informed, and excited about Treeswift
  • Own the integrity of our hiring data in Ashby - pipeline hygiene, reporting, and making sure stakeholders know where searches stand
  • Contribute to how we evolve our recruiting practices: interview structure, evaluation frameworks, offer strategy, and beyond
  • Represent Treeswift's brand and mission to every candidate you interact with
