About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Services Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for business services positions across the Firm. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and departments and help execute the Firm’s hiring strategy for business services talent across non-exempt, exempt, and managerial roles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Law firm experience required.
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor and executive presence.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, judgment, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level Business Services Professional (BSP) roles across departments such as Marketing and Business Development, Finance, Talent, and Operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job specifications, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Identify, engage, and attract qualified talent through targeted sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, referrals, networking, job boards, employment delivery systems, and college career sites. Manage relationships with recruiting firms and employment agencies to support pipeline development.
  • Use market intelligence and recruiting data to inform sourcing strategies and talent recommendations.
  • Work with the Human Resources team to maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from intake calls with hiring managers through offer.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews, and apply behavioral interview techniques to evaluate candidates and recommend finalists with the required skills and experience.
  • Benchmark and recommend competitive salary offers using the Firm’s pay grades, benchmarking tools, internal equity, and external market data.
  • Develop and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost to fill) and provide insights based on market trends and recruitment data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Represent the Firm at key industry and networking events to build and sustain talent pipelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
