About The Position

Oregon Restoration is seeking a Senior Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex residential and commercial reconstruction projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is designed for a Project Manager who excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, controlling schedule, budget, and documentation, and operating within a structured system that links production to billing and cash flow. The position emphasizes execution, budget management, and documentation within a defined system, working alongside Coordinators and Estimators to deliver clean, well-documented projects ready for billing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Proven ability to manage high project volume in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with large loss (required) and commercial reconstruction projects (preferred but not required)
• Fire/Water/Mold experience required
• Building planning experience preferred
• Strong field knowledge across multiple trades
• Experience maintaining project budgets and controlling costs
• Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
• Experience with permitting and inspection processes
• Understanding of local building codes and compliance, including but not limited to reading blueprints
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and scopes
• DASH experience (preferred) or similar job file management software experience

Responsibilities

• Manage 20-30+ reconstruction projects simultaneously
• Execute projects on schedule and within budget
• Build and maintain project budgets
• Identify and communicate scope changes immediately
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials
• Ensure all work is ready for billing through proper documentation
