This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for a high-capacity leader experienced in managing large-loss reconstruction, complex residential jobs, and commercial projects. The role offers significant opportunities for growth, increased responsibility, and long-term career development within a growing and stable company.

  • Willing to undergo a background check.
  • Willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Strong construction project management experience is essential.
  • A firm understanding of construction costs, budgeting, scope management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination is required for success in this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing reconstruction, insurance-related repairs, large-loss work, or commercial projects is preferred.
  • Previous damage restoration project management experience is helpful, but broader building construction and project leadership experience may translate well.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary leader for reconstruction projects, owning the outcome from approved scope through final completion.
  • Lead and direct PHC service specialists and skilled tradespeople on your projects, setting the tone for urgency, accountability, professionalism, and quality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the reconstruction process with confidence, professionalism, and clear communication.
  • Determine project scope and work closely with estimators, clients, and insurance adjusters to align scope, price, and expectations.
  • Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and critical path timelines to keep work moving and projects on track.
  • Ensure on-site quality by inspecting work in progress, addressing issues quickly, and holding a high standard for the finished product.
  • Manage large-loss, complex, and commercial reconstruction projects with strong prioritization and follow-through.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal team members, and material flow so projects stay on schedule and run efficiently.
  • Work closely with customers on change orders, upgrades, and vision-related decisions, helping them make confident choices while keeping the project aligned.
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and insurance adjusters so PHC is represented with excellence.
  • Use software for documentation, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and communication to maintain strong control of your jobs.
  • Collaborate with a strong Project Coordinator for administrative support while staying fully accountable for project leadership, pace, and results.
  • Lead an on-call team rotation as part of serving customers with urgency and reliability.

  • Leadership growth — this role offers room to expand your responsibility and influence.
  • High-impact responsibility — take ownership of complex work, major projects, and outcomes that require strong leadership and decisive action.
  • Strong support structure — work with a team that is committed to helping projects move efficiently.
