Terrion is a Canadian company that believes in building secure, sustainable, and future-ready connectivity across our nation. We are catalysts for the digital economy, creating dynamic foundations that empower connections through cutting-edge cellular tower technology and relentless innovation. Working in close partnership with municipalities, provinces, regulators, and customers, we deliver communications infrastructure that supports vibrant communities and drives economic growth. Founded through the investments of a world class telecom and pension partner, we are a mission-driven company building the wireless networks of the future - towers, rooftops, and edge assets that power connectivity. The fusion of a bold, entrepreneurial spirit with the strategic maturity of industry veterans fuels our bold ambition. We're that team who passionately believes that collaboration sparks innovation, agility drives progress, and ownership ensures accountability. Amazing possibilities come to life, making success unstoppable. The Real Estate Development team thrives where collaboration and purpose fuel every project. Guided by our mission to create and enable meaningful connections for all communities through technology and innovation, we're shaping the future of connectivity by delivering best-in-class site acquisition and government relations across Canada. As a Senior Real Estate Manager for Eastern Canada, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating and securing the strategic locations that power tomorrow's digital infrastructure. If you're driven by challenge, impact and building something that truly matters, this is where your next chapter begins. In this role, you'll be at the centre of everything that brings our network to life, from identifying and securing new sites to navigating the approvals that make construction possible. Your ability to balance business objectives with stakeholder collaboration will be key to expanding our network, as you work closely with landowners, municipalities and cross-functional teams to align priorities, overcome obstacles and ensure every new site reflects our mission.

  • Solid understanding of commercial leasing, land-use regulations and municipal or federal government requirements relevant to the operation and expansion of communications infrastructure
  • Proven ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders including municipal, provincial and federal authorities, Indigenous Peoples, railways, utility companies and property owners on matters of land access, rights-of-way and leasing
  • Experience reading and interpreting legal documents such as leases, licenses and rights-of-way agreements, as well as construction drawings including surveys and engineering designs

  • Identify colocation opportunities, manage lease renewals and maximize asset utilization to drive revenue growth across the portfolio
