About The Position

The Senior Regional Business Office Manager is a key financial operations leader responsible for supporting and standardizing business office functions across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements. This role serves as a subject matter expert for ERP implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams to support system design, testing, training, and successful adoption across program business offices. This enterprise-wide scope includes leading key initiatives such as maintaining relevant policies and procedures, tracking audit compliance, overseeing company mileage reporting, and process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least one academic year of accounting units.
  • Five (5) years of related experience.
  • The ability to function independently, work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, and maintain confidentiality of materials and information.
  • Experience delivering onboarding, procedural, or policy-based training to staff, with the ability to adapt content for various roles and learning styles.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time, and project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
  • A valid state driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
  • Applicant must be fingerprinted, sign under penalty of perjury that there has been no conviction of any crime, other than minor traffic offenses and receive clearance from the Department of Justice.
