The Senior Quantitative Marketing Analyst role is part of M&T’s Customer Insights & Analytics Organization. This position applies advanced statistical techniques to evaluate marketing channel performance, customer behavior, and digital campaign effectiveness. The analyst will develop materials that clearly communicate impact to business and marketing stakeholders. This role leverages complex data sources to evaluate campaign performance, optimize targeting strategies, and quantify marketing ROI, while partnering closely with Digital Marketing, Retail/Branch Banking, and Product teams. The position translates data into actionable insights and executive-level storytelling, supports data-driven decision-making, and ensures all analytics adhere to regulatory, risk, and governance standards within the financial services environment.
