About The Position

The Senior Quality Engineer is a senior individual contributor who leads enterprise-wide problem-solving, root cause analysis, and quality improvement across the End-to-End Quality organization. The role identifies, investigates, and eliminates systemic quality issues affecting customers, manufacturing facilities, Regional Distribution Centers, suppliers, and field performance. The position resolves complex quality challenges using structured methods such as 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone, FRACAS, Fault Tree Analysis, and statistical analysis. It uses data and business insights to identify systemic risks, prioritize improvement opportunities, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effective and sustained. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Service, Operations, and Commercial teams, the Senior Quality Engineer provides technical leadership and facilitates cross-functional alignment, accountability, and consistent problem-solving practices. The role supports data-driven leadership decisions that improve reliability, customer experience, operational excellence, and business performance, and promotes organizational learning through lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and best-practice deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, product development, supplier quality, reliability, or operational excellence environments.
Advanced expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone, FRACAS, and Fault Tree Analysis.
Expertise in Design of Experiments and financial and statistical analysis tools.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality engineering principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to influence leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience leading complex investigations and enterprise-level quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sustainable business improvements in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Standardize and govern problem-solving methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Prepare quality performance reporting, assess risks, and communicate with executive stakeholders.
Coach and mentor teams in structured problem-solving and quality improvement techniques.
Drive organizational learning through lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and deployment of best practices.
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Service, Operations, and Commercial teams to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
