Requirements

• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for development and deployment of assigned business functions at a regional level.
• Manages operational process improvement through metrics, problem identification, root cause analysis and developing and implementing corrective action.
• Develops basic to complex processes and process maps.
• Takes leadership and ownership of driving continuous improvement and ensures successful design and implementation of the metrics, quality plans, Statistical Process Controls, and/or internal audits with limited direction of Quality Management.
• Trains and develops plans for staff improvement and mentors for staff qualification and requalification.
• Plans and conducts internal audits to ISO standard requirements, local, regional, international scheme requirements, as well as business related audits (ISO 27001) that have been assigned.
• Facilitates resolution of non-conformances by identifying owners, working with staff with root cause analysis and appropriate corrective actions.
• Reads and follows the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follows all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
