As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and implementing advanced automated testing tools and strategies to ensure the quality of software and hardware solutions. This includes designing and executing comprehensive test procedures, validating system requirements, and enhancing automated test architectures with a focus on automation scripting, AI integration, and accessibility compliance. You will develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts, write and execute detailed system test cases, analyze test results, and produce clear progress reports. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for complex applications in a client-facing environment, drive AI adoption within testing workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, analyze user needs, and select optimal tools. Participation in all phases of risk management and support of software/hardware development initiatives is a key part of this role. Experience with automation frameworks, AI-driven testing solutions, accessibility tools, and risk management processes is beneficial.
