Today, the Brado insight team is nationally recognized for its creativity and inspirational insight. We're looking for a Senior Qualitative Insight Director to join our team. This individual is a creative problem solver who consistently and effectively executes projects, often as a coach mentoring teammates. You must be able to quickly gain the confidence of clients who see Brado as strategic consultants beyond traditional market researchers. You must be able to engage an audience — writing and presenting your ideas, observations, and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner. Above all, you must be a tremendous strategic thinker — someone who inspires confidence by consistently identifying insight that provides clear direction for clients and their agencies.
