About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree ideally in business, journalism, marketing, economics, social sciences (psychology, anthropology, sociology).
  • 5+ years experience moderating and delivering excellent client deliverables in a market research or agency setting.
  • 6-10 years of strategic market research, advertising, creative or account planning experience with research, advertising, creative, or digital agencies and/or experience as a marketing executive, marketing consultant, behavioral scientist, or usability and user experience consultant or researcher
  • Must have experience in conducting research (qualitative, quantitative or both).
  • Coachable: Demonstrates a willingness and enthusiasm to learn new concepts, approaches, categories, etc. even when they run counter to legacy approaches. Models "coachability", demonstrating what it looks like to be willing to pivot perspectives and approaches based on the needs of the client, the internal team, and Brado at large. Applies feedback quickly and is willing to acknowledge when gaps remain. Takes responsibility for addressing gaps in knowledge and skills either through actively learning through external or internal sources.
  • Team Player: Models strong teamwork by creating and maintaining a supportive environment, quickly acknowledging clients and team members for their achievements, and taking responsibility for issues that arise.
  • Time Sensitive: Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency in working against project and deliverable timelines.
  • Individual Contributor: Accepts and holds accountability to complete solo projects and individual assignments within projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical, med tech / med device, and consumer health market research experience with patients and healthcare professionals is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel and be flexible in scheduling to accommodate project needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and be the strategic consultant to the client.
  • Make 99% of decisions related to design, execution, analysis and deliverables on their projects.
  • Maintain client confidence while finding the answer.
  • Be highly effective in the field — able to engage a room (live or virtual), facilitate discussion on any topic, with any target, and have the know-how to go off-guide, where appropriate.
  • Command a confident, captivating, respectful, agile, and consultative presence when engaging with the client.
  • Professionally develop rapport and build empathy for and with the client, leading to long-term relationships.
  • Develop and continually deepen their understanding of the client's business and the individual client to ask the right questions and anticipate needs.
  • Change research design and direction mid-course to meet project and client objectives.
  • Understand the needs of Brado and develop and execute tools, techniques, and methods that infuse the new into scalable approaches for Brado.
  • Discover new tools as well as revise existing tools to address current and future needs.
  • Operationalize offerings through training, collateral, and reusable tools that are scalable.
  • Model strong teamwork by creating and maintaining a supportive environment, quickly acknowledging clients and team members for their achievements, and taking responsibility for issues that arise.
  • Eagerly takes on Coach/Coached projects as the Coach to help train growing Strategists.
  • Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency in working against project and deliverable timelines.
  • Accountable for individual timelines as well as the larger team's timelines (ensuring that other members of the team complete their tasks on time and at quality).
  • Accepts and holds accountability to complete solo projects and individual assignments within projects.
