About The Position

The Senior Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Support Specialist manages the full QTC lifecycle for named and high-value enterprise accounts, serving as a key driver of operational accuracy and revenue retention. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end workflows—from new customer onboardings, upsells, and price increases to enterprise renewals and buyout negotiations. By bridging system precision with strategic cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure contract execution, pricing alignment, and seamless support across key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience managing enterprise customer accounts, including renewals, pricing execution, and customer retention strategies.
  • Hands-on SaaS industry experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capability to negotiate terms, manage buyout processes, and navigate customer objections effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM and CPQ platforms, specifically Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Working knowledge of financial reporting, invoice reconciliation, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong emotional intelligence.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related customer-facing operational role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle for named and enterprise accounts, handling workflows for new customers, upsells, renewals, and ongoing retention initiatives.
  • Lead contract negotiations for enterprise renewals and at-risk accounts, including structuring and executing early termination buyout agreements.
  • Execute enterprise and strategic price increases while supporting quoting workflows across Customer Success and Professional Services teams.
  • Audit enterprise and strategic account usage to ensure contracting accuracy and identify potential revenue opportunities.
  • Support invoice reconciliation and end-of-month booking reviews to ensure precise financial reporting and revenue recognition.
  • Address daily contract inquiries and maintain incoming support queues within Salesforce.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support, and Finance to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Support, train, and guide offshore teams on quoting standards and task execution.
