Senior QA Automation Engineer
About The Position
We are urgently looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on automation expertise and experience supporting complex Retail / E-Commerce environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across Web, API, and Database testing, with Playwright + TypeScript being mandatory requirements. We are particularly interested in QA Automation professionals who understand how transactions and data flow across a modern retail ecosystem—from the e-commerce storefront through Order Management Systems (OMS), Point of Sale (POS), APIs, integrations, and backend databases.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Playwright automation experience – MANDATORY
- Strong TypeScript experience for test automation
- Advanced QA Automation expertise, including framework development and maintenance
- Experience testing across Web / API / Database (DB) layers
- Strong Retail / E-Commerce domain experience
- Understanding of end-to-end retail architecture and integrations: E-Commerce → OMS → POS → Integrations
- Exposure to relevant AI tools / AI-assisted engineering or testing workflows
- Knowledge of AI Agents, MD files (.md), and SKILL files / skill-based agent configuration
- Strong understanding of integration testing and end-to-end business process validation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
