This is a contract/freelance position for senior profiles.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience working with digital banking channels.
- Hands-on experience with the Q2 digital banking platform (mandatory).
- Strong background in digital channels products (online banking, mobile banking, etc.).
- Experience supporting the implementation or evolution of digital banking solutions.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technology functions.
- Strong communication skills and proven autonomy in delivery.
- Must be able to work onsite in Miami.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing evolution of digital banking channels, including online and mobile banking.
- Configure, customize, and enhance solutions built on the Q2 digital banking platform.
- Contribute to solution design and execution to meet business, functional, and user experience requirements.
- Act as a hybrid functional/technical consultant, working across business and technology teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional or technical solutions within the digital banking platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement across digital channels.
- Deliver assigned workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization of digital channel capabilities.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
