Requirements

Extensive, demonstrated experience in Python development and software engineering.
Proven track record in a technical leadership or architectural role, with significant experience in guiding technical strategy.
Strong command of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
Ability to quickly grasp and deeply understand business domains and their associated data flows.
Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and other service-based integrations.
Proven experience in mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative growth.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience within the financial services or asset management industry.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of modern data platforms, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
