About The Position

Adobe is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead storytelling for Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator, and to communicate how Adobe Firefly is empowering creative professionals. This role bridges technology, creativity, and culture, focusing on translating product innovation and complex AI concepts into clear, relevant stories that highlight the perspectives of artists, designers, filmmakers, and photographers. The position involves close collaboration with media, product, and marketing teams, Adobe leaders, and global communications teams to develop narratives, manage major launches, and build awareness for Adobe’s creative innovation.

Requirements

8–10+ years of communications experience across PR, social, analyst relations and/or customer communications.
Technology experience is preferred.
A strong track record of working with media and developing high-impact stories.
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and modern communications platforms.
Strategic judgment, curiosity, and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Interest in creativity, technology, and the evolving role of AI.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business/Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead external communications for Creative Cloud apps across earned, owned, and paid channels.
Develop narratives and product messaging for launches, events, and broader thought leadership.
Build relationships with technology, business, creative, and trade media, as well as emerging and non-traditional voices.
Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and communications teams globally to create coordinated programs.
Anticipate sensitive topics and communications risks.
Contribute to annual and quarterly planning.
Utilize measurement and insights to understand the impact of priority programs.
