About The Position
The Senior Psychologist will conduct assessments and therapy, supervise other clinicians and/or students, make treatment recommendations, and participate in the Clinical Treatment Team. This role requires documenting in the electronic medical record in compliance with State, 29i, Medicaid/MCO and OMH guidelines and timelines.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in clinical, school or counseling psychology
- Licensed as New York State psychologist
- 5+ years of experience working in Foster Care
- Experience as a mental health professional with families and child/adolescent population
Nice To Haves
- Foster care experience strongly preferred
