About The Position

Larlyn is seeking a CMRAO-licensed professional to join their team in the London / South Western Ontario area. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of residential condominium corporations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to boards, residents, and contractors. The position is based in London, Ontario, and requires in-person attendance at the office.

Requirements

• General Licence issued by the CMRAO or actively pursuing with 3 to 4 courses completed
• 3–5 years of experience in condominium property management
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium corporations, including both townhouse and high-rise communities, in accordance with CMRAO licensing standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Commitment to meeting monthly operational and reporting deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
