About The Position

We are searching for a new team member for our portfolio of 587 apartments in Lowell, MA. The Senior Property Manager is accountable for all community operations and acts as the Team Leader. This role requires very good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on supporting and motivating the team. The Senior Property Manager ensures the efficient operation of the property by operating within established financial guidelines and budget, meets established property standards, maintains occupancy at reasonable levels, reviews and monitors delinquent accounts and takes required action while responding to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. This role supervises and coordinates all site management related issues in conjunction with the Leasing Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Super. The Senior Property Manager performs any of the duties of their direct reports in their absence and provides support to all staff to meet property standards and goals.

  • Willingness to work early or late and/or evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to physically inspect properties in its entirety.
  • Ability to oversee any and all maintenance functions.
  • Ability to assist with emergency measures as required.
  • Available by phone, text & email and 24/7/365.
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Reliable & insured vehicle
