Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take the helm of two beautiful Clearwater communities, Belleair Place and Bayside Court Apartments, and help residents love where they live. Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in the apartment industry with supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software such as Yardi
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; college coursework or training in Property Management preferred
- Prior experience managing mid to large-size communities preferred
- Experience with tax credit and affordable (LIHTC) communities and Yardi software preferred
- Registered Apartment Manager or CAM certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the community to achieve maximum marketing and financial results
- Implement Company policies across leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations
- Supervise, motivate, and develop your on-site team
- Own budget objectives and control expenditures
- Perform market analysis and recommend competitive pricing
- Manage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate resident services and community activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and safety standards
- Direct community maintenance and improvement initiatives
