The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. This role also serves as a key point of contact for third-party relationships. The position involves directing and coordinating property management business, providing leadership through policy development and interpretation, and ensuring effective strategy implementation. A critical aspect of this role is to provide direction and leadership to the Property Management staff, fostering career development within the property management field. The Senior Property Manager will also be responsible for tracking budget variances, overseeing the billing and payment processes, monitoring cash flow, and preparing essential reports and budgets for owners. Maintaining strong relationships with third-party owners, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving tenant issues are also key responsibilities. The role includes performing regular property inspections, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring adherence to all Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, and regulations.
