The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. This role also serves as a key point of contact for third-party relationships. The position involves directing and coordinating property management business, providing leadership through policy development and interpretation, and ensuring effective property management strategy. The role requires tracking budget variances, overseeing the billing process, monitoring cash flow, preparing reports and budgets for owners, and supporting fee collection. A critical aspect is maintaining relationships with third-party owners, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving tenant issues. The Senior Property Manager will also perform property inspections, oversee construction projects, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, codes, and regulations.
