The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. This role also serves as a key point of contact for third-party relationships. The Senior Property Manager will direct and coordinate property management business, provide leadership through policy development and interpretation, and ensure effective strategy implementation. This includes managing budget variances, overseeing billing and cash flow, preparing reports and budgets for owners, and maintaining strong relationships with third-party owners to ensure contract compliance and accurate reporting. The role also involves resolving tenant issues, conducting property inspections, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, codes, and regulations.
