The Senior Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing the Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio of properties. This role also serves as a key point of contact for third-party relationships. The position involves directing and coordinating property management business, providing leadership through policy development and interpretation, and ensuring effective strategy implementation. A critical aspect of this role is managing the financial aspects of the properties, including budget variances, cash flow, billing, and fee collection, while maintaining strong relationships with owners and ensuring contract compliance. The Senior Property Manager will also resolve tenant issues, conduct property inspections, and oversee construction projects.
