The Senior Property Manager will lead property management activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and contribute to safeguarding the nation through advanced technology and innovative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)
10+ years of position-relevant experience.
Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for property discrepancies.
Must hold an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).
Experience with DoW technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.
Certified Property Manager (CPPM).

Responsibilities

Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.
Coordinate the investigation of property discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses for asset loss.
Monitor property performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.
Conducts specialized Property Reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater Mission Partners.
Validate the technical accuracy of property reports and lead field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.
Provide technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards in the Pacific AOR.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
