The Senior Property Manager leads all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties and coordinates all marketing, operations, and financial activities per client and/or company requirements. This role involves responding to tenant needs, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, maintaining vacant spaces, and ensuring smooth tenant transitions. The Senior Property Manager also directs and leads the daily and long-term activities of the team, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing coaching and mentoring. Financial responsibilities include directing, reviewing, and approving vendor invoice payments, preparing monthly reports, annual operating and capital budgets, and submitting tenant rent and CAM/OpX recovery charges. The role requires oversight of contracted terms, lease administration, and crafting a tenant care program to maximize retention. Additionally, it involves directing sourcing and procurement, managing vendor service delivery, proactively collecting rent, performing property inspections, and documenting emergency response plans. The Senior Property Manager acts as the primary contact with property owners, serving as the Owner Representative.
