Compensation for this role is $29 to $33/hr. commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
  • Experience leading onsite teams
  • Strong leasing and resident retention background
  • Budget and financial management experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Experience with Yardi, CRMIQ, or similar property management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime periods and assist with other communities as needed
  • Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays
  • Willingness to perform all duties in a manner that is: Professional and ethical, Consistent with company practices, policies, and procedures, In compliance with applicable legal and Fair Housing regulations

  • Building relationships with vendors and community partners
  • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
  • Foster harmony in the workplace and promote a positive image of the company.
  • Any other tasks as directed by the team member’s direct supervisor
