Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 2 years managing 300+ unit communities
  • Proven experience managing new construction or lease-up properties
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills
  • Bachelor's degree, CAM or CPM preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background verification

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
  • Experience with high-rise apartment communities
  • Knowledge of Atlanta's real estate market and competitive landscape
  • Track record of exceeding occupancy and revenue targets

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of a 500+ unit, highrise apartment community, including lease-up operations and ongoing property management
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
  • Oversee a talented team of leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and foster a positive resident experience
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and lease agreements
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and community events to enhance brand visibility and resident engagement
  • Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance
