About The Position

This position will provide senior level administrative support for a high-volume Property Administration team at ARL. The role involves training, database management, and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing training initiatives, gathering and analyzing data, generating reports, and assisting with annual inventory processes. This includes daily tagging and tracking of high-value property and ensuring accurate record maintenance. The position requires a US Citizen who will undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Requirements

  • HS/GED.
  • Seven years of related administrative experience.
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills; self-motivated with ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects; ability to work with people in a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • US Citizen.
  • Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the level appropriate to the project requirements of the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Suite, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools to manage data, create reports, and develop presentations.
  • Experience in writing curriculum and training programs, with the ability to design and implement effective learning materials that clearly communicate complex concepts.
  • Experience with the sanitization of IT equipment, ensuring that all devices meet security and compliance standards before reuse or disposal.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement training initiatives designed to effectively communicate stringent rules and regulations to a broad audience.
  • Develop clear, concise and comprehensive training materials that ensure all parties understand and adhere to the relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide workshops, online training modules and written guides with the overall goal to make complex regulations accessible and engaging for all audiences.
  • Responsible for ongoing evaluation of the training’s effectiveness and the ability to make changes as needed based on feedback.
  • Systematically gather, enter, measure and analyze accurate, relevant information from various sources to support decision making in a fast-paced, high-volume property administration office.
  • Generate regular reports for various stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and providing timely updates to relevant parties.
  • Assist with the annual inventory process across a variety of environments, including outdoor settings and rough terrain.
  • Daily tagging and tracking of high-value property, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Report any findings and ensure that all inventory data is updated and properly documented.
