About The Position
In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that support strategic business objectives across multiple products, clients, and source systems. You will partner with stakeholders to drive project execution, influence decision-making through data-driven insights, and improve processes while ensuring successful project delivery, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Wrike; Smartsheet experience preferred.
- Experience with Mavenlink preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Microsoft Project and Visio experience preferred.
- Proficient in project management principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to support project decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

- Smartsheet experience preferred.
- Experience with Mavenlink preferred.
- Microsoft Project and Visio experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion while managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation to support successful project execution.
- Enhance project governance by developing metrics, reporting, and performance measures that drive informed decision-making.
- Communicate project expectations, progress, risks, and recommendations to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Analyze project data and key performance indicators to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and support business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Mentor project team members and promote effective collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate project retrospectives and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness.
