The Senior Project Manager position plays a strategic role in client engagement, company risk management, and continually improving our delivery process. This position requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual, who shares an interest in product building and assembly to bring project from initial sale to reality. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction trades and a background in architectural wall product installation. This position is based out of Transwall headquarters in West Chester, PA.

Requirements

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication and relationship building skills.
Proficiency in Gantt chart development, project management software and reporting tools.
Travel to project sites up to 30% of time
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Strong understanding of construction documents, building systems (ceilings, lighting, HVAC), and overall construction processes.
Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications accurately and efficiently.

Lead and oversee Transwall product installation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
Manage resources, schedules, risks, and change requests to deliver successful projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, resolve issues promptly, and represent Transwall at industry events.
Support sales efforts, training initiatives, and continuous improvement across project delivery and installation.
