Requirements

12+ years in Technical Project / Delivery Management roles
Extensive experience working on Utility domain project
Systems Integration (SI) experience with proven delivery ownership
Proven track record of turning around challenging projects
Strong experience managing custom-developed enterprise applications
Strong experience managing global (onshore-offshore) delivery teams
Demonstrated ability to drive execution along with governance or reporting
Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery lifecycle, and engineering workflows
Experience handling performance management and delivery escalations

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading complex technology programs, aligning delivery with product, engineering, and business roadmaps.
Expert in using Jira for program planning, dependency management, release tracking, and executive-level reporting.
Strong financial understanding to manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization in a fast-paced tech environment.
Proven experience working in a multi-vendor and distributed delivery model, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
Own portfolio and program planning, tracking, and monitoring, driving risk management, milestones, and value realization
