Leads, directs and coordinates the overall management of multiple projects. This role involves developing a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring, ensuring regular feedback and timely performance appraisals. The Senior Project Manager will understand and administer Turner's contract and subcontract agreements, foster positive owner, architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations, and establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule, managing its implementation. The position may also involve working with the Preconstruction team in project development, managing the budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to the project budget, and managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program. Additionally, the role includes managing and overseeing field operations and engineering processes, driving team competencies in insurance, labor relations, and employee relations, and enforcing safety protocols. Collaboration with Accounting for the Pay Application process and ensuring timely payment is crucial. The Senior Project Manager will keep management informed of project progress and budget through regularly scheduled Operation Review Meetings (ORMs) and support the utilization of various Turner initiatives and technologies.
