Senior Project Manager (all genders)
About The Position
SCAYLE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and steer complex replatforming projects independently. This role involves managing system integrators and external partners to ensure they meet SCAYLE standards, and guaranteeing smooth connectivity and operation of customer environments post-go-live. The Senior Project Manager will own the entire project lifecycle, from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to aligning priorities and expectations. Maintaining transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation throughout projects is essential. The role requires applying agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar experience
- 5+ years in IT project management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects
- Project management certifications
