Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in the e-commerce or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise customers and external service providers.
• Sound knowledge of common project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, interfaces (APIs), and MACH principles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects.
• Relevant project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage complex replatforming projects.
• Manage system integrators and external partners to ensure SCAYLE standards.
• Ensure smooth integration and operation of customer environments after go-live.
• Take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
• Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation across all projects.
• Apply agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient implementation.
