Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results with complex projects
Responsibilities
- Support and execute large and small-scale projects that contribute to broader business initiatives
- Coordinate projects based on defined priorities while ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met
- Track risks and issues, mitigating and escalating them as needed to manage project impacts
- Assist in the planning, design, management, and execution of project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
- Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
- Assist in identifying ways to improve and streamline business processes
- Help put structure in place to manage work and demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
- Demonstrate strong communication and partnership skills to interact with stakeholders across teams to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery
