About The Position

Join our dynamic project management team, supported by a structured PMO, reliable tools and a culture of continuous improvement. You'll take on a variety of software, web and mobile development mandates, all supported by a rigorous follow-up methodology. As a Senior Project Manager at Spiria, you will be required to lead teams in the design, execution and delivery of digital projects; establish a relationship of trust with our clients by acting as their main point of contact and advisor; keep projects on track in terms of time, budget and functionality, using performance indicators and Earned Value Management (EVM); demonstrate a strong understanding and interest in the business reality and objectives pursued by customers; identify the risks, estimate the efforts, anticipate the challenges and optimize the use of resources throughout the project; participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and the sharing of best practices within the team; adapt communication according to interlocutors, context and objectives, while maintaining a fluid and professional collaboration; enable a collaborative climate by resolving minor conflicts in a professional manner and motivating the team towards common goals; and perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • 8 years of professional experience in digital project management (software, web, mobile, etc.)
  • University degree in management or computer science
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate well within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to achieve objectives on time
  • Knowledge of Earned Valued Management methodology
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK standard
  • Concrete experience with Jira and Confluence in a professional context
  • Good knowledge of Agile management principles

  • PMP, Scrum and Product Owner certification
