About The Position
The company is an Asheville-based commercial construction firm specializing in ground-up construction and large-scale renovations across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. The Senior Project Manager will lead construction projects valued at $20M–$40M and oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout. The role includes client communication, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met or exceeded. Requirements
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects valued at $20M–$40M.
- Deep knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
