About The Position

The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services for a financial services client account, helping achieve the client’s strategic business objectives. The work involves regional retail bank ground-up and fit-out construction projects, managing projects from initiation through completion. This is a remote role requiring up to 25%–30% regional travel in either the Eastern or Central time zones. The role manages the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, and coordinates renovations in occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to business operations. The Senior Project Manager works directly with clients and project teams to prepare project scopes, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plans, schedules and milestones, quality controls, and risk identification. It also involves coaching colleagues, contributing to functional products and processes, and supporting customer, operational, project, and service objectives across multidisciplinary teams.
