About The Position

Everyday Dose is a rapidly growing functional coffee company seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee its expanding project portfolio. This role involves driving accountability across new product launches, packaging changes, retail expansions, promotions, and operational projects. The Senior Project Manager will report to the VP of Product & Retail Marketing, responsible for planning, setting the pace, ensuring clear ownership and deadlines, and facilitating decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with various departments, focusing on maintaining project momentum and ensuring timely delivery without directly managing the creative or technical aspects of each task. This is a fully remote position within the U.S.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 3 years within CPG, food and beverage, or supplements.
  • A track record of leading product launches from concept to shelf across R&D, packaging, supply chain, and retail.
  • Hands-on experience running a stage-gate or similar product launch process.
  • Advanced Asana skills—you’ve built projects, templates, workflows, and dashboards, not just used them.
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers, or artwork routing.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and the ability to drive accountability without formal authority.
  • You’re an owner who takes responsibility for outcomes and doesn’t wait to be asked what to do next.
  • You have the backbone to respectfully challenge timelines, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when a plan doesn’t hold up.
  • You’re a dot-connector who can see how work across teams fits together and turn those insights into action.
  • You’re a problem-solver who stays calm when plans change, thinks in contingencies, and comes forward with solutions.
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable challenging assumptions with facts.
  • You’re a clear, concise communicator whose updates, agendas, and decision memos are easy to understand and act on.
  • You thrive in a high-growth environment and know how to bring structure without slowing the team down.
  • You use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • You’re comfortable working remotely with a highly cross-functional team.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification.
  • Agile certification, such as PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe.
  • Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience with functional beverages, supplements, or better-for-you brands.
  • Experience working across both DTC subscription and major retail channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end innovation projects through our stage-gate process, spanning product development, operations and supply chain, artwork kickoff, launch, and post-launch review.
  • Manage artwork refreshes, packaging and structure changes, variety packs, shippers, displays, co-packs, and custom packs.
  • Drive new customer setups and launches, including timelines, dependencies, and retailer requirements.
  • Manage bundles and promotions, along with merchandise sourcing, ordering, creative management, and shipping.
  • Coordinate projects including new co-manufacturer onboarding, ingredient approvals, recipe changes and reformulations, and cost-savings initiatives.
  • Create workback schedules in Asana with clear owners, dependencies, milestones, and gates for every project.
  • Follow up consistently, hold owners to their commitments, and identify timeline risks and slips early.
  • Lead project meetings, stage-gate reviews, and decision forums with clear agendas, decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Anticipate risks, build contingency plans, and work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions rather than simply reporting status.
  • Recognize when a decision needs leadership input and bring it forward with the right context, options, and a clear recommendation.
  • Give leadership one clear view of project status, risks, dependencies, and resource conflicts across the portfolio.
  • Establish Asana as the single source of truth through project templates, intake processes, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Build a consistent stage-gate process with clear criteria, owners, and documentation at each stage.
  • Develop scalable processes and templates for launches, packaging changes, customer setups, and co-manufacturer onboarding.
  • Run post-launch reviews and turn learnings into stronger processes for future projects.
