Requirements

8+ years of enterprise delivery experience managing technology implementations for enterprise clients, ideally in a consultancy.
Experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce projects with an understanding of the technical detail.
Proven track record of managing several client projects concurrently without losing focus.
Commercial ownership of project budgets, margin, change requests, and statements of work.
Executive presence to lead status meetings and difficult conversations about risk with senior client stakeholders.
Fluency in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Experience with delivery tooling in PSA and work-tracking platforms such as Kantata and Jira.

Nice To Haves

PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead concurrent projects across Adobe and Salesforce, from platform upgrades to full enterprise implementations.
Direct technical teams of consultants and platform specialists deploying front-office solutions inside complex client environments.
Keep clients confident through clear status reporting and honest risk conversations with executive stakeholders.
Hold every project to margin, managing budget, resourcing and revenue reporting against target.
Report the financials accurately for implementation projects and retained services engagements alike.
Run delivery in Kantata and Jira, tracking project health and resource allocation, with AI flagging risks earlier.
Pick the right method for each engagement, waterfall or agile, and adjust when the project changes shape.
