About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join their team to make a lasting impact on healthcare delivery with a primary focus on supporting Pharmacy initiatives across the enterprise. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the charge on large-scale projects, advanced project management, planning and execution, evaluation and optimization, and team leadership and mentorship. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/week position, Monday-Friday, Days. Remote work options are available with the ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI as needed. Remote options will be considered for those residing in WI, MN, or IA only. The starting salary is $90,500 and up, based on years of experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience leading highly complex, strategic projects with an enterprise scope.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced project management concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Mentorship mindset: Passion for equipping team members with skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Relationship builder: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification beneficial
  • Desired experience collaborating with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and/or other healthcare professionals with knowledge of medication safety, pharmacy compliance and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive plans, break them down into actionable steps, and drive effective execution.
  • Continuously assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement adjustments for optimized outcomes.
