About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager at Michels Underground Cable, Inc., you will manage a phase of a large, complex project or oversee multiple large-scale projects in the fiber and telecommunications infrastructure sector. You will manage projects from proposal and bidding through execution and closeout, ensuring client satisfaction and performance in safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Projects may involve outside plant (OSP) construction, underground and aerial fiber installation, conduit systems, directional boring, broadband deployment, and network expansion. The role calls for an organized, self-motivated, effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or HCSS.
• Valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
