About The Position

The Project Manager Information Technology III will lead our team in delivering high-impact projects. Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management
  • 3+ years in a leadership position
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Jira and other related project management and communication tools.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) required

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree preferred
  • Advanced certifications in project management, business management, or related areas preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial targets.
  • Develop project strategies, objectives, and milestones in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Allocate project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed to minimize project disruptions.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting regular reviews and assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing change effectively.
  • Implement change management processes to navigate project changes, assess impacts, and facilitate adoption across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and milestones.
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
